We can only perform a mobile phone forensic analysis on a mobile phone that belongs to you or with the consent of the owner/user of the phone and is not stolen or delivered to us without the consent of the owner of the phone. All data recovered cannot be used to cause harm or defame a person. Medusa Group Forensics Lab reserves the right to refuse service if we believe the information will be used unethically. All data is treated private and confidential at all times. If any items are of a serious criminal nature, we are obliged to report the findings to the relevant Law Enforcement Agencies (NSW Police or Australian Federal Police).
